Dental Implant Training Courses

Yes. All Shatkin F.I.R.S.T.® courses that take place in Buffalo, NY feature hands-on training with sawbone mandible from industry experts all over the country.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Registration fees are fully refundable (minus a $150 administrative fee) if requested up to 30 days before the scheduled course date. Cancellations made between 14 and 29 days prior to the event are eligible for a 50% partial refund or a full tuition credit toward a future Shatkin F.I.R.S.T.® course. No refunds or tuition credits will be issued for cancellations made fewer than 14 days prior to the course date or for event “no-shows.”

Shatkin F.I.R.S.T.® reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify any continuing education course due to insufficient enrollment, speaker illness, or extreme weather events. If a course is completely cancelled by the provider, registered participants will receive a 100% full refund of their paid tuition. Shatkin F.I.R.S.T.® is not liable or responsible for any non-refundable travel, lodging, or change penalties incurred by participants due to a cancelled or rescheduled event.

All submissions will be reviewed, and a formal written response will be provided within 10 business days. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to the Academy of General Dentistry PACE Council at pace@agd.org.
