To reserve or change hotel bookings, ensure to do so by Sept. 22, 5 p.m. CT. After this date, to secure your booking, hotels might apply charges equivalent to one night’s stay. For modifications or cancellations after Sept. 27, please reach out to the respective hotel.
ADA Policies on Hotel Cancellation
Remember, the final date to cancel your hotel stay without penalties is Sept. 22, 5 p.m. CT.
Before this date, if you’ve registered for courses or events and wish to make changes or cancellations, use the registration platform or email Maritz Global Events at ADA@maritz.com. Cancellations made before the aforementioned deadline will incur no charges.
Cancellations after this date will not be eligible for refunds, regardless of the reason including sickness, tardiness, inclement weather, parking issues, identification problems, missed flights, and more.
